Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MRHRM's website, applications, and APIs (the "Service") provided by MRHRM. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use MRHRM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@mrhrm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may verify any information you provide and may suspend or terminate accounts that contain materially inaccurate information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or any form of spam.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, harvested email lists, or third-party content you do not have rights to.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Use scraping, bulk download, or automated tooling against the Service in violation of our documented policies.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person or group.
MRHRM enforces these rules actively. We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate them.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile information, company pages, jobs, files). By using the Service you grant MRHRM a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the information you submit, and for complying with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws when using the Service for hiring.
Company pages and job postings
You may create a company page and post jobs under that page. Each posting must be a legitimate, lawful, currently-open opportunity. Postings that are misleading, discriminatory, or used to collect personal data outside a real hiring context will be removed and may result in account suspension.
MRHRM may, in its discretion, request verification of company pages and reserves the right to label, restrict, or remove unverified pages.
Communications and email
By creating an account you consent to receive transactional and account-related email (verification, password reset, security alerts, important product updates). Optional product communications are opt-in and can be turned off from notification preferences or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message.
MRHRM does not tolerate the use of the platform to send spam, harvest contact information, or send unsolicited bulk email. Violations may result in immediate suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Fees and billing
Some features are free to use. Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Plan terms, billing cycles, and refund policy are presented at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of the Service.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example Google sign-in, payment processors, email delivery providers). Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their behavior or availability.
Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by MRHRM and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
Termination
You may close your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRHRM and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) USD 100, or (b) the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MRHRM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MRHRM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify registered users by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
