Essential account emails

Sign-up confirmation, email verification, password reset, security alerts, and important service or policy notices tied to your account.

Security notifications

Alerts about account protection, suspicious access, or credential changes that are sent only when necessary to keep the account secure.

Optional product updates

Release notes, newsletter-style updates, and recruiting tips. These are optional, clearly labeled, and include one-click unsubscribe controls.

Workflow digests

Where offered, activity digests or reminders are user-controlled and can be reduced or disabled from your notification preferences.

  • Honest sender identity: we identify MRHRM clearly and send legitimate account email only when a user action or account event requires it.

Essential account and security emails cannot be fully disabled while an account remains active because they are necessary to operate and protect the account.
