How incident communication works
This is a communication page, not a synthetic dashboard. We post only after a service issue is verified by the MRHRM team.
- Verified incidents only: we avoid noisy false alarms and publish once impact is confirmed.
- Clear scope and next steps: notices include affected surfaces, user impact, workarounds when available, and the next expected update time.
- Planned maintenance notices: we post ahead of time whenever work is expected to affect sign-in, product access, or email delivery.
- Follow-up communication: significant incidents receive a summary after recovery, including lessons learned and preventive action where appropriate.
